Hi and welcome to the insanity. Care to give a bit more info? Budget, beach preference, etc. Around when do you plan on going? Any details on what would make your vacay great will get you a better response.

Punta Cana is a resort strip with many all-inclusive resorts and not many non. There are villas at Eden Roc Cap Cana (excellent resort) and I would also look at Tortuga Bay. I have not stayed at Tortuga Bay yet but it is located on one of the best beaches in Punta Cana.

Check out vrbo.com.

A group of us, 10 in total, has rented a villa in Tortuga Bay for a week this coming March. We have done the AI's several times in P.C. and wanted to try this as have done in other locations and never disappointed.

Good luck!

EdenRoc, Alsol Village, Tortuga Bay, Westin Punta Cana Resort&Club, Whala Bavaro.

those are non AI Hotels in PC on or near a beach.

also Cap Cana over all offers many dozen stand alone Villas for that, of different sizes fitting 6-20 people per villa.
