Yes, some more than others.

You'll get full board and drinks, most are 24 hours, others have time restrictions eg, 10am-1am.

If you go to the website of a particular hotel they normally give the details.

If they close too early, have them fill your bubba mug with rum.

Yes, and that's meals, drinks, snacks, non-motorized watersports (windsurfers, kayaks), entertainment, champagne for breakfast, etc., sunshine, beautiful beach.

It depends on the resort. All-inclusives sometimes have extra charges for things like use of the in-room safes, internet, room service, premium liquor, etc. and some even charge for having your coco-locos served in a coconut. Some charge for drinks and/or entry to the disco, and some charge for drinks at the casino. Some charge extra for certain restaurants. Some don't charge extra for any of these.

But for the most part, food and beverages are included.

Kand, for the most part, everything is included, but you may find that a few resorts will charge for special meals (as in a romantic dinner on the beach, and a few do charge for drinks at the casino, as the casino is sometimes operated by an outside business. All non-motorized sports activities are included, some resorts do charge for a round of golf. Otherwise, drink, eat, and have Fun to your heart's content. Best Wishes, Leo & Sue

The basic All Inclusive's can be done truly all inclusive, you don't have to pay for the extras if you don't want them. If all you require is room, food, drink... no upgrade needed, no wifi, no upcharged Lobster dinner (buffets are always good), no excursions or shopping or casino.... sure an all inclusive can be just that. Included in the package there's plenty to do, see, eat, drink, you name it... we have done it. If traveling on a budget and the only way you can do it is an AI... do it, you won't be sorry...

Just to throw in that spa services would not be included. House wine would be included, but choices above that from a wine list, would be extra.

Other than that, and the things mentioned above, I'm sure you would be quite satisfied with your AI experience - you certainly won't go hungry or thirsty :)
