Sorry can't comment on the hotel you are asking about, but the weather is very hot in August, pleanty of high factor sun cream is required and also guard against mossie bites, I was bitten terribly last August. We are just back from Eqypt and I didn't get a single bite this time, thanks to Avon skin so soft and a mossie wrist band.

La Source grounds are beautiful. Their reception area has a very zen feel to it. The resort was completely renovated/rebuilt and re-opened the last couple of years. I have not seen the rooms but have had friends stay there and they say the rooms are really nice. Enjoy your visit.

we went in august 2 years ago, weather was beautiful. Very hot, lots of mosquitos so take your deet, but also a pleasant breeze, no rain at all.

Saving the pennies to go back!

Hi Joe, We got married in La Source back in 1995 and have been back 6 times but not since the refurb. We are hoping to go back this year Aug or Sept. Some friends have just got back and say it's better than it was previously. You'll have an amazing time. Enjoy. Yours very jealous of Nottingham
