It's absolutely not legal in Jamcaica, and naming "Flex" was also inappropriate, and I hope he still has a job if the powers that be see that.

Marijuana is not legal in Jamaica. Rastafarians smoke it as part of their religion - that's all. Sometimes people talk about visiting the ganja fields - if you do that, plan to leave all your clothes and shoes, etc., behind, as otherwise the drug dogs will find you at the airport.
