Family friendly smaller hotel Negril Beach?

I am trying to find one of the smaller hotels on Negril beach that would be family friendly with a kids pool, organized activities and babysitting options. Is there sch a place other than the huge expensive resorts like RIU and beaches??

"smaller hotels "

In your mind how many rooms make a hotel "smaller"? Is it 1, 10, 50, 100, or ...?

"expensive resorts"

Below what dollar figure per night is a hotel not expensive?

The request for a "kids pool" is an issue. Outside of the two RIUs (too huge) and Beaches (too expensive), I do not know of such a resort along the Negril beach.

Family friendly is easier. Have a look at Firefly as they have a babysitting service.

Babysitting is actually no problem to arrange anywhere. Friends do it every time they go to Negril with the staff of their villa, hotel, whatever.

Kids pool and organized activities? Not at the smaller places.
