Spring Break problem?

We are thinking of a long weekend on March 26 - 30th. Is Montego Bay overwrought with Sprink Breakers? We are a 40 something couple looking to decompress. Saw a good deal at Riu Montego Bay but don't know much about it. Any input is invited. Thanks!

traditionally Jamaica is not pelted with spring breakers no. It's more expensive than Cuba or Mexico.

Cannot comment on the new Riu. Please take a look at Royal Decameron Montego Bay as well.

To Queezi: Just returned last week from the Riu Montego Bay. Very nice resort - great place to decompress or have some fun. My review should come up soon but email me if you want further info. I would take the deal without hesitation.

That resort won't have many. Mo Bay isn't as popular as Negril but you'll probably see a few. Avoid bars like Margarittaville if you want to avoid them.
