Split cliff/beach trip - trying to narrow down cliff resort

We are planning a split trip between Couples Negril and the cliffs. We are ready to reserve our cliff property before all the rooms are taken but need to narrow down our choices. The following are our choices and are similarly priced, with Moondance Cliffs being slightly more expensive. Does anyone have any favorite they'd recommend and why? To give you some context, our only other experience with the cliffs was four years ago at Tensing Pen, staying in the South Pillar. Loved it. There are no rooms available at TP for our dates and we're ready to try something new.

Catcha Falling Star: Libra Cottage

(love the location of the cottage so close to the water and the fact that Ivan's is right on the property.)

Villa Sur Mer: 1-bedroom Cottage A, B, or C

(thinking we might really miss being on the water but love the modern decor and lagoon pool. The cave walkway to the sea looks interesting.)

Moondance Cliffs: Carribbean view room

(beautiful, upscale property, but wondering if food and drink will be overpriced. Is it within walking distance to other restaurants?)

Rockhouse Hotel: Studio room.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Moondance is nice, but fairly isolated, not much out that way. You'd have to get a cab to go anywhere and it could be hard to just flag one down. Catcha gets a lot of love.

If Libra at catcha is available go with it. You won't regret it. Good luck though. It is booked up to a year in advance.

Wow, you guys are amazing!! Thanks for the quick responses. Libra was still available as of this morning. I'm going to do a tad bit more research but am leaning towards Libra at Catcha. Thanks again!

The SPA resort does look gorgeous but unfortunately over our budget.

I booked Catcha's Libra yesterday. The Sagi was not available.

Thanks for all the suggestions!
