Riu Tropical Bay Palace, we really enjoyed our stay there. Being Riu members upon check in we were given a really nice upgrade to a corner room suite with balcony over looking the turquoise water. One of the nicest suites we have stayed in.

Beautiful beach and water, always found chairs in the shade under the trees.

Food was very decent and some nice restaurants with good choices for dining.

Staff and esp. the Managers treated us very well.

Never did venture to the other Riu so can't help there but know they have a lot of returnees.

Both of the RUI's in Negril are on Bloody Bay, not Long Bay.

Sorry if I posted wrong but I didn't see any mention of which Bay they're located on.

Riu's are on Bloody Bay, along with other AI's. Long Bay has better beach areas and more bars and restaurants and resorts both AI and non AI, great walking beach with a lot to do and see, Bloody Bay is more confined to AI resorts but big enough to walk it, smaller than Long Bay
