What exactly are you looking to get from your time there? Water sports, food, spa, tennis??? If looking for something wild, try Hedo. Sandals or Couples might also meet your needs:)

Thanks all very much! I'm thinking Sandals might be our choice ...does anyone know if Sandals Negril has a lounge with showers ??

You can shower in the spa. No problem.

Personally I wouldn't waste my money on a "day pass". Walk the beach, check out different bars & restaurants or park yourself under an almond tree and wait for everything to come to you. It doesn't get much better than that...

I agree. Just walking seven mile beach, stopping to swim when you get hot, grabbing a beer anyplace, basically hanging out will be an activity.

We went and stayed in Fun Holiday, Which is a small resort and our friends stayed at the Rui Tropical Palace. We did get a day pass twice at $90.00 per person per day to visit them at the Rui. We ate and drank at the swim up bar all day. It was nice, but wouldn't have done it if our friends didn't pay/force us to go. We all had way more fun walking on 7 mile beach by our resort. It is smaller than Coco, but great beach. Plenty of resteraunts, bars, watersports right there. You will have fun if you go, but not really a need for it.
