Cycling and techy question!

Could anyone tell me if there is bike hire anywhere local to RDCC?

Also - a bit of a techy question as well - Does anyone know if Garmins work in Jamaica? Bought in the UK, so not sure whether the GPS will work in a different country.

"not sure whether the GPS will work in a different country."

The Garmin GPS will work fine in many different countries including Jamaica. The question is which map is in the Garmin you own. Garmin offers a number of different maps and you need the correct one for the unit to work the way you want it to in Jamaica. For a list of maps available (there are many) see the following.

You need to look into the users manual for your specific Garmin model to figure out which map you have. You should also be able to call Garmin for help. The number for Garmin in Southampton is 0808 238 0000 (freephone from UK landline).

If the map in your unit is not the desired one than also have up to £119.99 at hand to purchase a new map.
