December travel and need warm pool & nice horses!

Good day, folks. We are looking for suggestions/guidance for a resort vacation south of Canada for up to two weeks in December. We are two adults and a 10-year-old girl. Out wish list has following:

- -paso fino horse back riding places around

- heated pool

-good kids programs (if a resort)

-off the beaten path exploration

Which place and/or resort can meet our wish list? Thanks a lot for any tip!

Hotels usually do not have heated pools, just heated jaccuzzi.

Good Morning Pall1969,

For your two weeks you may want to look at Rincon, on the West side of the island (Porta del Sol). Have a look at:

www.seepuertorico.com/regions

www.rincon.org

www.rinconpr.com

www.surfrinconrinconpr.com

www.rinconvacations.com

www.elcoquiofrincon.com

We have horse back ridding on the beach:

The only zoo in Puerto Rico is about 20 minutes from Rincon.

Plenty of hicking/sight seeing/differant beaches, with activites for kids.

As Bunny mentioned, pools here in Puerto Rico usaly are not heated, since we are located in the Caribbean, the pools and the ocean are warm year round. Hope this helps a little.
