Uhh, My guess is a television set. Tell me if I'm the winner. Just teasing. Puerto Rico is not a third world country. They have electricity and indoor plumbing.

I think the holiday inn express is in Condado. You can walk to the Condado Plaza and watch it in the lobby bar. Or in any hotel bar.

If the hotel has cable TV or satellite tv, which i am 100% sure they have in the rooms at that hotel, you are going to be able to watch it.

I have not gone to a sports bar in San Juan. Some of the locals can tell you where one is. When I have been there for a superbowl, the activitiy has always been in the lobby area and the Casino. Even small hotels, specifially the El Canario by the sea rented a big screen and set it up in the lobby. We had a blast with hotel guests. One of the advantages was being able to go back to the room for drink refills.

cglass,

I'm with you. That first reply was completely uncalled for, and very rude.

Anyway, sports bars are not very popular in PR. Football is also not popular -at all- on the island so only a limited number or places -if any- will broadcast the game. I would go with PR_Bob's suggestion. In the worst case scenario, you may have to watch the game in your hotel room so plan accordingly: get enough beer, chips and salsa, chicken wings, etc.
