How about Dragonfly in the Old San Juan? Or dinner on the beach at Pamela's in Condado/Ocean Park? I saw Aguaviva restaurant on TV not long ago and it looks very nice. According to the reviews below, the food is great.

Ate at Perla this past Friday for a special occasion, and we were very pleased with the ambiance, service, and delicious food. Ask to be seated at a window table to enjoy the fantastic view.
