Is kayaking in the biouminescent bay worth $98 per person?

Can you see whats in the bay without going in a kayak?

The Kayaks go through the Mangroves into the Bay. You can not just walk to the beach and see the bio bay. There is a Nature Reserve called Cabeza de San Juan. they have kind of a boardwalk . I don't know how much you can see from far. The Kayak trips are $ 45 plus tax plus $ 3 for the Natural Resource Department. The $98 include the transportation
