Martinique in September Weather Question

Has anyone traveled to Martinique during the month of September? If so, what was the weather like, did it rain constantly? I would like to take advantage of the low season. Thanks in advance!

Travelled a bit later, and had quite good weather.

The summer in windward Caribbean, including Martinique, has no monsoon like e.g. South Asia. It has the hurricane risk. On maybe half of the days it will be perfectly nice and sunny. On the other half there is 'some' wind system close enough to Martinique, bringing clouds and higher winds and the odd really hard one where streets get deserted. And, one in every 2-3 years at least, a real hurricane with quite some damage. That's the risk to take when booking in this season...

All the best,
