Another suggestion is Cotton Bay Village. You could have a two bedroom apartment, so your daughter has her own room. It is a family resort, with a large pool. The beach is lined with coconut trees. There was a wedding there last week, organised by Awesome Caribbean Weddings, which took place on the new decking of the 14°61° beach restaurant, which is about 10 feet from a wide open beach. Everyone seemed very pleased with the wedding.

Another good place would be Anse Chastanet. They have a lovely beach with coconut trees and the other beach, called Anse Mamin is a more private beach with a plantation, where some guests get married. The only downfall is that you have to share a room with your daughter, unless you don't want to book her a separate room.
