Helicopter Transfer to airport

We have done a helicopter transfer before from Windjammer Landing to the aiport, but as we had travelled with Virgin we had done the checkin-chillout and so did not have to worry about luggage. However, this time we are staying at Rendezvous and are travelling with BA so will not have this option. I know you do nottake bags with you, so how far ahead of the transfer would bags need to be ready to go and also where do youcollect these at the airport ready to check in? Thanks

Your best bet is to check with St. Lucia Helicopters directly as it will vary based on travel date and flights, etc. Generally though, your bags are picked up about 3-4 hours ahead of your flight and once at the airport, you collect them from the helicopter company area and then check them at the airline desk.

As they make several different hotel pickups, it may be a little less time ahead of your flight or a little more - with you being at Rendezvous, so close to the helicopter terminal, I would expect you to be either the very first pickup for bags - or the very last. Hence checking with helicopter company directly for the most up to date info.
