Thanks for the link. We'll be there early next year. I'll be curious to so if it finally goes through. I think we've heard this project was "starting" the last couple years we've been there! ;)

We were at Couples last week and saw Adam Stewart on Friday on the beach. DH said to him he was the last person he expected to see there. He smiled and replied that they just bought it and made the announcement an hour ago.

As for the OTWB, it will be interesting to see if this project ever gets off the ground. We were told in August when we were at SGSL that work would start before end of 2013, but it doesn't appear that it has yet.

Couples in Barbados was bought by Sandals and will be re-branded and re-opened as Sandals by Nov. 6, 2013. They are honoring all Couples reservations made before Nov. 6, or offering credit to change to other Couples resorts. There are no Couples properties in St. Lucia.
