Birdwatching ideas near Soufriere?

We are in a villa near Soufriere as I type. One of the people in our group would like to go birdwatching tomorrow. Does anyone have a good spot we can drive her to?

Would the Tet Paul Trail be a good activity? What about Anse Mamin for birdwatching?

Thank you!

Bon jou Dandelion,

Tet Paul Trail, as well as neighboring Fond Doux Holiday Plantation Resort, has plenty of fruit trees and many kinds of tropical birds.

Morne Coubaril's rainforest trails to mineral springs & waterfalls also support a diverse bird population.

Not to miss are the Amazona versicolore parrots, our national bird the Jacquot, that have recently colonized the steep slopes of the rainforest at the Beacon Restaurant just north of and overlooking Soufriere and The Pitons...

Bless up! Paul
