Done it several times over the years and hope to do it again this year. The drinks flow, snorkelling great, waterfall visit, mud baths and plantation great, yummy lunch, great staff/atmosphere......and usually asleep by 9pm that night as it is such a fun day with lots of rum punch on the return trip!!!

Hoping we can access it from St James Morgan Bay :)

Enjoy!

What better way to see the beautiful island of St. Lucia by sea and land, what better tour group to choose “Endless Summer Tours”. After reading several reviews the choice was made to select EST. We arrived for our excursion at 0800 and boarded the Catamaran, we were greeted by the crew of four very cheerily, led by their captain Dalton. We were informed we were the first of two couples departing from Rodney Bay. The other couple arrived and we promptly set off at 0830 for a memorable and exciting day. We picked up seven more couples at another resort and our day was in full swing. The Catamaran cut through ink blue water effortlessly. The winds were right so the sails were unfurled and engines cut. We sailed passed many famous sights, the Pitons, Marigot Bay, stopped for a swim and snorkeling at Anse Cochon, Rum punch and drinks flowed all day. We docked in Soufriere and two buses whisked us away for the land portion of the tour which included the drive-in volcano where we got to lather ourselves in sulfurous mud and bathe in the sulphur springs, take a dip in the pool at Diamond waterfalls and toured the historic Morne Coubaril Cocoa plantation where a scrumptious buffet-styled locally prepared lunch was set for us. The buses returned us to the Catamaran and we were on our scenic way back. Bellies full, breathing in salty air, Rum punch flowing, island music playing, people were on their feet dancing as we sailed past sights we passed earlier on. We returned to Rodney Bay Marina at about 4:30 p.m.

Light clothing is a must; sun on board the Catamaran is deceptive, so bring a sunhat, sunglasses and sunscreen. Most importantly don’t forget your camera, photo ops are everywhere, there’s so much to capture. Do be cautious the water at Soufriere’s sulphur springs was 110 degrees, if you are sunburnt, pregnant or hypertensive you’re advised against part-taking in this activity. After our tour, we had grandiose plans of going to Gros Islet for their fish fry, but didn’t make it, once we got back to the hotel, had a shower, we hit the sack and that’s all she wrote.

Do walk with a towel for each person, change of clothing, sunscreen, water shoes, cash for souvenirs, a large ziplock or plastic bag to place your wet clothing, camera and be prepared to have a wonderful time.

Haha!! Glad you enjoyed it! When we did it, we got off the boat at 5pm, rolled into our hotel beach bar for Happy Hour, ate dinner at 6:30pm, and were all in bed by 8:30pm, with a bit of a stagger back to the rooms!! Such a great trip!! Great review :-)
