La Toc Golf

Hi! We are heading to La Toc Nov 25 for 1 week. We enjoy golf and were considering bringing clubs along. It is our first time to St Lucia. Any thought on quality of 9 hole course? I'm thinking we may find other things to do/explore than golf so bringing clubs may be a waste? Anyone played the course and is it worth it?

Don't bring your clubs. Just rent them there. There are lots of thing to do on the island that you should use your time for. The course is a lot of uphill and somewhat difficult but not one you would want to play every day. You are required to have a caddy accompany you whether you are walking the course or using a cart.

When we have played often in November the course has been very wet with some laying water, the course itself is of an average pay and play standard the clubs for hire are of a very good standard. We took our clubs the first time we went to St Lucia but there were so many things to do and see and St Lucia is a great chill out Island we hardly used them, now when we go we simply hire because we end up rarely playing, we are not low handicappers so our games aren't affected that much by the calibre of club.

Happy days
