The nearest snorkeling to the cruise port is either Ti Kaye/Anse Cochon beach resort area, or Pigeon Island National Park area. Both are about 30-35 minutes by land, give or take. Taxi rates would be about $100r/t to Ti Kaye and about $70US r/t to Pigeon Island.

Island Divers, in house dive company at Ti Kaye, offers day passes to Ti Kaye which include lunch, 2 drinks, chair/umbrella, snorkel equipment. Transportation by boat is extra, you can check their website. Pigeon Island is a national park with ruins, hiking, restaurants on site, beach area, snorkeling (you would need your own gear I think), etc. Lovely spot for a day. Serenity TVL offers a tour package which includes transport, entrance fee, cooler of drinks, etc.

Otherwise, your best snorkeling is found down south, near Soufriere and the Pitons. You can check out Spencer Ambrose, Serenity TVL, Real St. Lucia Tours, etc to see if any offer a tour that fits what you're looking for!

Enjoy your visit.

PS: Be sure to check out the ports of call boards at CruiseCritic.com for cruise specific info on each port, etc. Here's the link to St. Lucia's board: tripadvisor.com/ShowTopic-g147343-i282-k7033…
