Smugglers Cove or St Lucian by Rex

My husband and I are trying to plan a last minute trip to either Smugglers Cove or St. Lucian by Rex. We are beach people and we love eating outdoors restaurants on the water, theme nights, etc. Does anyone have a preference on which all-inclusive is better? We also like a little night life, music, etc. Are both close to a town to walk to? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
