Topr 3 - 5 restaurants for dinner

Traveling to St. Maarten for the first time in February. Staying at the new radisson. Any suggestions for places that shouldn't be missed? Also planning on going to Anguilla for a couple of dinners as well if we can catch a ferry back to St. Maarten in time.

Thanks!

David

The last ferry from Anguilla is around 6 pm.

Better to plan lunch over there.

Grande Case: Bistro Caraibes-Spiga-Auberge Gourmand

Marigot: Chanticlaire--La Vie en Rose--Auberge des Isles

So many restaurants...so little time...

Don't think you will be having dinner in Anguilla unless you stay overnite. Lunch is great. Try Gwens on Shoal Bay East (beautiful beach!), or try Scilly Cay in Island Harbor $$$, the fun is getting there. Just flag down the boat and they wil pick you up. Its a few minutes ride to this tiny island and you can spend the day there.

Grande Case: La Pressoir, Spicys, La California.

Marigot: Cannot beat La Vie en Rose.

I wonder if the Radisson will have good food? Bon Appetit!

Sol e Luna in Cul du Sac. Bistro Caribes, Le Cottage, Spiga & the Lolos, of course, all in Grand Case.

DBK66: Its a tiny islet about an acre in size just offshore in Island Harbor. The menu consists of lobster, crayfish (huge) and chicken. It is expensive but worth the trip just to say you have been there. You flag down a skiff at the dock and in a minute you are there. You can relax either in their chairs or you can go in the water to snorkle, order whatever you want, even just a drink. I believe they are only open on Wed, Fri., and Sunday till 5pm. It's a nice experience.

La Petite Auberge Des Iles in Marina Port La Royale, Marigot for a complete dinner for about US30.00 p.p.

La Croissanterie, same general area, great croissants baked on site, complete breakfast and lunch menu, inexpensive.
