Water Taxi

What area does the water taxi take you to? I wasn't sure if there were multiple destination options or just one. We have children in our group and are concerned about them seeing nudity on the topless/clothing optional beaches, but we still want to see some of the island and though the water taxi would be fun.

Thanks!

Our family came in to Phillipsburg on a cruise last year. The water taxi took us from the cruise ship dock area over to Great Bay beach for $6 each and you get a braclet so you can go back and forth as much as you want. The ride if 5 minutes or less and the boats seem to hold about 40 people at a time. The beach would be good for children from what we experienced. You will find much less "clothing optional" on the Dutch side and all day long I saw only two ladies topless. There are many places to dine and shop right on the boardwalk. We ate at Holland House and had a very nice lunch in their open air restaurant. You can rent padded chairs with umbrellas and a stand for $10/day and the wait staff will bring you food and drinks all day. It was an inexpensive and enjoyable day at the beach.

the water taxi only drops you off at different locations in Philipsburg. You will not see nudity there. The nude beach is at Orient and is about 20 minutes away.
