Best place to rent a villa - information overload

Our group consists of 5 adults including an older couple that does not drive, but needs to move around independent of others. They need to be able to take walks outside of the villa 2-3 miles safely, and hopefully in a picturesque surroundings.

We are looking for a villa (early December) that would be on or walking distance to a beach.

We are not interested in a night life and prefer quiet and private place.

We also prefer calm water, with less wind if possible on an island.

Please help - I am sure someone knows just what we need.

Click on any number to see the villa.....all three beaches are equally excellent but different.

Look at Villa Steel Magnolias in Terres Basses. We loved it!

I see both replies pont me to Terres Basses are of the island. Dopes it mean this location is better then Cul de Such we were looking originally? Now that I am reading more and more about crumr/safety - is it safer?

Thank you so much ,

N

Security at the various villas may be different, look for gated or walled villas. The area is very upscale and remote, although the drive to Marigot or to the Dutch side is of a short duration, usually under 10 minutes.
