Sailing charter - itinerary + meal options, opinions/advice?

We are about to sign a contract for a 4 night charter with Miss Kitty (catamaran) in Feb 2013. The plan is to fly from Boston to STT (arrive 3 pm), cab to Red Hook where we board Miss Kitty, and meander our way from there to Virgin Gorda, where we plan to stay another few days on land (Nail Bay area) Here is the proposed itinerary for the sail:

1st night: St.John - Leinster Bay/Watermelon Cay

2d day/night: Jost Van Dyke (White Bay )

3d day/night: Norman Island to snorkel the Indians and the Caves, overnight in the the Bight

4th day/night: Peter Island and Cooper Island. Evening at Cooper.

5th day: Sail to Virgin Gorda for noon drop off at Spanish Town.

Anyone have any thoughts, advice, tips, etc. on these stops?

Also, we have to decide between all meals included or half board (all breakfasts, 2 lunches, 2 dinners on boat, remaining meals on shore). I can go either way - each has pros and cons of course. Cost isn't really the issue, just wondering if we're missing out on any great dining experiences if we go for 'all meals included'; on the other hand, all meals included might be kind of freeing.
