We did a dinner cruise one time with Red Sails. It was many years ago so in all likelihood the menu/quality has changed. Our meals were horrible. We still laugh about it and how out of 4 of us, one was able to eat their meal plus ours LOL BUT we had fun bc we were with friends. Maybe if we were drinkers(one drink's pushing it ;) it'd have been a better experience but we aren't in a rush to repeat the venture. Just our experience.

IIRC, Redsail uses the Westin's kitchens to cater for their dinner sails. They also offer a sunset sail (depending on time of year for actually seeing the sunset) from SMB to their restaurant at the Rum Point Club. The sail over and back is free, but they anticipate you will have dinner at the restaurant (not sure if you need dinner reservations to get on the catamaran).

Jolly Roger does a sunset / dinner cruise, but don't spend the extra money for the dinner!! Just do the sunset cruise, it's lots of fun. Both run together, just that the people that paid for the dinner get the dinner, which isn't much of a dinner. With the sunset cruise, you get appetizers (chicken wings, etc.) and open bar. We wanted to take advantage of the open bar, so we called them directly after we were on island and arranged for transportation for an additional $5 CI each. Well worth it!! We were staying at the Sunshine Suites on that occasion, so the price might be different depending on where you are staying. It's a replica pirate ship and the crew all dress in pirate outfits, it was a lot of fun. The tender leaves from the cruise ship terminal and ferrys you out to the ship. You can even walk around the ship and below to see the galley. Let us know which cruise you go on and how you liked it!
