best area to stay in Feb.March

Planning on a month or so in Caymans and want to be in an area we can snorkel, kayak, fish, etc. Never been there, so any help in picking a good area would be appreciated.

Sharing you budget; time of year for visit; # in your party; will you be renting a car; preferences in lodging type (hotel, condo, villa, etc...) and accommodation style (modern, luxury, small, large, etc...); local environment preference (active area, quiet area, etc...); will help other members provide more tailored advice and recommendations.

If your question is regarding weather, winter winds can be stronger on the East Side of the island so that might help in your decision!! Come back with more specifics.
