You could check with the Sweet Spot regarding kayak rentals or if they are running their tour. Most likely the reason Tom is not offering the tour is that your visits doesn't match up with the optimal moon cycle and you would not see any of the "magic".
Ditto...I would rely on Tom from Cayman Kayaks for having the best dates to see the biolum effect. rum Point has kayaks, but only in the day and I think they like you to stay in a certain area.....there are companies that would rent kayaks on a daily basis and they deliver to your condo.Edited: 19 June 2013, 19:40
Ahhh -- the Moon --- O:K that makes sense --- DUH.
The moon didn't coordinate with our schedule either but the lady we spoke with at Cayman Kayaks said they have done special trips at " off hours" maybe until midnight for people who really really want to, subject to their availability. Their regular schedule is such that you can see the bioluminescence at 'reasonable' evening/night hours. Never hurts to ask if this is an option.
