We will be arriving in Grand Cayman on a cruise in January. I am trying to find a tour that does Hell, the turtle farm, snorkeling and sting ray city. Can anyone provide any suggestions? We arrive at 7 am and will be leaving at 4 pm.

Thanks in advance,

Take a look at the cruise forum or cruise critic and see what they say. Also what does your line offer? Many of the people who are actually on this forum stay over on the island and it is highly unlikely that they would try to do all of these in one day. There are many ops that do STR and snorkeling stops and I would make that a priority over Hell and the Turtle Farm personally. Good luck!

The cruise line will say that you are arriving at 7 but all passengers disembark onto tenders to bring you to the Island. The cruise line prioritizes passengers who have booked excursions through them to get off of the boat first so in fact, you may not make it off until closer to 9 or 10. As Retrip said, it will be hard to squeeze all of those into one day so I'd also really recommend the Stingray and snorkeling stop. Hopefully you'll fall in love with the island and be back for a stayover visit where you can do the others! (p.s. you're not missing much if you miss Hell)

Hell is really not worth using your limited time. We went there on a cruise excursion and it was a 10 minute stop on the island tour. Not worth going out of your way for or displacing another activity. Then we went back and stayed on the island for a week. The turtle farm was on the tour as well and that is interesting for maybe 45 minutes. It's a reasonable thing to do but if it was that vs snorkeling and sting ray city/sandbar I would recommend the stingrays/ snorkeling. The tender issue of getting on and off the boat is a issue that can significantly impact your shore time. We actually went on 2 cruises that were supposed to stop at GC but bypassed it due to rough seas. We're not talking hurricanes, just too rough for the tender.
