Are there any dive shops in Grand Cayman that rent quality underwater digital cameras?

I picked up a Cannon D10 underwater digital camera from Amazon.com for @$250 for our trip last summer. Real good picture quality above and below the water.

Cathy Church's Photography Center rents underwater cameras:

I always love to visit her store - great underwater photos for sale.

We're taking our Go-Pro. Amazing video and still quality. Great little tech gadget, it goes skiing, boarding, wake boarding, surfing and diving with us.

Thanks to all. Yes, Cathy Church looks like the right solution. The Canon D10 is only good to 33", which won't work for SCUBA diving.

thanks,

Correct. The D10 is good for snorkeling, but not deep water diving. For diving, you will need a camera housing or a camera built to handle those depths (such as a Sea Life camera).

Look into Cathy Church - If she has underwater digital, I would go for that instead of film.

You can also sign up for an underwater photo course at Cathy Church's. They'll give basic instruction on the camera in the shop, but also (or at least used to) do proper courses just on Sunset Reef - quite nice for photos.

I rented a Nikonos, and bought an MX10 camera kit, from them many years ago, plus some ultralight arms for my Inon strobe.

Olympus makes 2 cameras for underwater pictures . It takes videos and was great for pictures in the pool and up to about 30 feet in the ocean. I believe it was less than $200. Highly recommend
