considering bringing our 11 year old grandson who is diabetic/celiac for a week in November. We feel VERY comfortable regarding finding plenty of gluten free options in stores and restaurants. (We researched the stores on our last visit 2 years ago). His mother is concerned about the medical facilities on the island (she has not been to GC yet).
We assured her they are top quality given the British/American influences and all the toursim ---not 3rd world as some other islands(Dominican/Jamacia).
Any suggestions or experiences we could pass on to her to help concerns?
