Try a dive forum. I haven't been to either. I guess if you haven't been to either, each will have something new to offer. Have humdreds of dives in Grand Cayman and love it and as well as having had a great time at almost everywhere else we have been! The only two negatives on my list so far were the Florida Keys (could have been the conditions and op) and diving from the platforms on the GBR. Just came back from a second trip to OZ, avoided the platforms and diving was off the charts. Good luck and let us know what you pick!

Just beginning research on little cayman. Grand Turk is awesome! The wall is incredible. Go Jan - March and you'll hear the whale's songs as they pass! Go with Oasis Dive and you can do a two tank in the am, stop for lunch and do a whale watch in the afternoon. (we saw over a dozen mother and baby whales and have great pics). Grand Turk is a sleepy island which is good with us. No five stars and no AIs. A handful of good restaurants all open air. Take a walk on sandy streets with donkeys following! A plus is that diving is by boston whaler 10 to 15 min from shore!
