again we had a wonderful time, meeting old friends and making new ones.
we enjoyed the Jazz Festival again this year, but many of the same bands, we felt that Sunday should have been free for the local folks to enjoy.
the SUNSHINE SCHOOL aution was a great success and an enjoyable day, lots of food and drinks. Dave and Ron and their crew did a bang up job with the food and beverage.
The chicken wing eating contest at Ocean Life was a hoot, our buddy Sandy came in second, resulting in a beautiful sail on a catamaran.
we went on 2 lovely sails, one on a 45ft catamaran up the leeward coast of St. Vincent, thanks to Ocean Life owners Chyenne and Rafael, the other over to Mustique where we had lunch at Basil's.
we spent a day with Michael's Tours for a beach picnic at Isle a Quatre, always a fun day with Michael and his crew, Junior and Elvis. Elvis also plays guitar and sings in a group that performs at Coco's every Tuesday night.
the cricket matches were very interesting among the local teams, it is a big event.

MARIA'S FRENCH TERRACE - THE BEST - for food and entertainment.
owners John and Claudine go out of their way to accommodate their guests in both food and service. The entertainment and happy hours were a booming success. The restaurant was full every night. Surprise entertainment with Paul Peabody on violin and Jim Coleman on horn along with Uncle Louis on organ. Jackie was excellent also and was joined by different musicians (& Kyron). The staff was great as well, Marcia, Sherry, Dillon and Ken.
we hope they enjoy much success for the rest of the year until we see them next January.
