I'm visiting Tobago in January as it's one of the ports on the cruise I'm on so I will only be there for 1 day. The ship docks at Scarborough and does an excursion to the Adventure Farm Tropical Nature Reserve and includes a stop at Fort James and the mysterious tombstone (?). The excursion is £36 each for me and my husband but I wonder if it would be possible/better to get a taxi from Scarborough to visit the Adventure Farm rather than take the ships tour? Would we also be able to include a visit to a beach? Any advice, including an estimate of costs, would be welcome.
