My kind of place! :-)

O.k., any of you who know me (there are a few of you), understand that this is "my kind of place" to eat --- and, it's smack-dab in the middle of the "central" tourist hub, along Grace Bay.

Heard about this new restaurants from WhereWhenHow, and just found (it's late, and I can't sleep) a link to them on the Turks and Caicos Reservations website (these guy are also great about staying on top of new happenings).

Can't wait to give this new restaurant a try this January.

I'm definitely adding this to 'my list' to visit next week! It's sounds like a great local spot. I may even try the Sat'day Mornin' Breakfast.

Man as much as I love to eat I'm not much of a steamed fish or any fish, especially Gefilte fish for breakfast. I rather have a nice omelette at salt mills diner.

But a nice looking option for lunch and dinner nonetheless.

I had the Fresh Catch Fish Sandwich (blackened grouper) yesterday for lunch. It was delicious! This is my favourite lunch spot lately.

Thanks for rubbing it in, Elisha. :-)

I just finished my ham sandwich (second one this week), and I'd give anything for a good grilled or blackened grouper sandwich right now. Maybe some peas and rice on the side.

Couldn't sleep last night because both of my sons had performed at their school's fall concert. Yeah, I'm a music nut and a doting dad, so it was hard to settle down.
