Back from Provo

Hi all, Just wanted to give a little trip review. Hubby and I were at The Sands for the 2nd time at the end of Oct. Sorry to say we were there when the outer rings of Sandy were also there, of course our last day was beautiful! We had a 3:30pm flight so we got some sun time in and were given some extra time to check out. We went to Mango Reef that was very good, Hemingway's just ok, Caicos Cafe good, and Danny Boys ok. We did breakfast at Hemingway's ok, Bay Bistro good, and the place at Alexanders? very good.

Since it rained off and on most of our stay, we did more relaxing than planned, but one of the best pastimes was sitting in the hot tub while it rained! We met others there and enjoyed nice conversations doing something we never thought of doing before!

We were only disappointed that we didn't fly out of Philly or NY so we would have been "stuck" on Provo longer!

Sorry your weather luck wasn't very good. If it makes you feel better, weather on East Coast has been pretty bad. Hurricane one week, snow the next!

Glad you made the most of it, and hope you return tovsunny skies and calm water

Even with questionable weather.....it's not too hard to enjoy Provo.

You will have to return another time to enjoy full sunshine.
