Las Brisas

Just got back from staying 8 nights in a house on Chalk Sound. Las Brisas was about 1 mile from our house and I would highly suggest that you put them on your dining list. We ended up eating there 3 times and everytime it was very good. We had pulled pork, pizza, scallops, lobster wontons, ceasar salad and beer. I know that this place is away from Grace Bay but a very good place to dine.

Are any areas of Chalk sound swimming beaches, and if so, is there access from Las Brisas?

Las Brisas has a pool that you can lounge around while having drinks and they have a really small beach that you can lounge on. I would continue down the road a little ways and go to Sappodilla Bay or Taylors Bay. Sappodilla Bay is pretty close to Las Brisas. I

No secret on this forum that I am a HUGE fan of Las Brisas. It was our "secret find" 2 years ago.

Lemon was our "secret find" last year.

I cant wait to see what we find this year....

I know this is a problem at a lot of restaurants we go to, but does anyone know if they cater to vegetarians? I think I remember looking at the menu once on our last trip and my wife saying they don't have much for us. Do you think they would be able to make things up special for us (other than the standard "veggie pasta" we get at most places)?

Washing down a conch salad with a Presidente on the Las Brisas gazebo... doesn't get much better than that.

Kind of makes me feel sorry for the folks who never leave Grace Bay. ;-)
