Lobster Dish

We'll be in Provo in December and we are big fans of lobster. Let me know what your favorite lobster dish is and where to get it! (preferably staring out at the ocean, of course)

Thanks.

top of the line is COYABA Lobster Thermador, my favorite restaurant on island.

and ALWAYS Bay Bistro for Lobster!

Can't go wrong with either one. But if you must have a view then stick with Bay Bistro you are right on the water and can sit either inside or out!

Thanks all! We'll be there for 10 nights so I may be able to tear myself away from the ocean for a couple of them. :)

The lobster Thermidor is tasty and fairly rich. Could be too rich to some. Coyaba also makes a nice lobster bisque and so is coco bistro

Last November, I was surprised at how well prepared and presented the grilled lobster was at Seaside Cafe (directly on the beach). Keep in mind though that I don't care for rich sauces, but do appreciate simple, honestly prepared (not overly seasoned) fresh Caribbean lobster. It was simply flame grilled, drawn butter on the side, and served with vegetables and jasmine rice. Perfect for my taste, and the price wasn't bad either.

Just another option.

The Tiki Hut has Lobster Thermidor and it was WONDERFUL, and $42, which I thought was a very good price. 2 nice big tails!
