Only options are rental car or taxi.

We used Gloria's taxi for Turtle Cove area in Oct. We booked her online before we came and she met us at the airport with our name on a sign. We made prior arrangements to stop at the Graceway IGA and all was fine. We used her later in the week to go downtown to the shopping area and our return to the airport as well.. She's a busy lady. We were coming out of Titki Hut one evening around 10:30 PM and she was waiting for some customers. She had picked us up for shopping that morning around 8:30AM. I asked her if she ever sleeps! A tip by the way. If you want to go downtown to shop dont go too early like we did. The shops dont open till 10AM. We planned on breakfast and couldnt find any of the places we had been told about to be open. We did find a diner type place which was just fine but we had been wandering around for quite a while before we found it.
