Ocean Club West comes to mind.......about a 3-5 min beach walk to Seven Stars. Snorkeling would require a drive if you want to be near 7*'s. OCW is easy walking to restaurants and shopping.

Can't have both...snorkeling, and be within walking distance to the shops and restaurants. If you don't mind, and like to walk a bit ...Try looking into The Sands, Villa Renaissance, the Alexandra Resort.

Ocean Club West is close to the IGA and many shops, and restaurants, but quite a hike to the Bight reef to snorkel.

IGA is the local grocery store. camke is referring to GraceWay Gourmet as it is about a 5-7 min walk from OCW. Royal West Indies is a ~15+ min walk to Graceway Gourmet, restaurants and shopping. Both resorts provides bikes. Both resorts have on site restaurants.

The IGA is the local grocery store, well within walking distance from the Royal West Indies.

Both the OCW and RWI are within walking distances to some great restaurants and shopping. As others have mentioned, you'll need a car to snorkel though. You should at least consider a car for a couple of days. Allows you the freedom to snorkel, dine at restaurants not within walking distance and also to explore the island.

How far is Beaches from the IGA and Bight reef snorkle?

What is the sand texture like on the beahes of the OCW ? Grainy, powdery?

Is it comparible to the sand on Seven Stars Resort?

What would be all my options for 5 to 7 mn walk to the IGA and has nice ocean views and powdery sands. Please list both expensive and not so expensive.

Thank you!

OCW and Seven Stars are only seperated by the Pinnacle Condos, so the soft white powdery sand is the same as it is all up and down Grace Bay.

More expensive would be Regent Grand or Villa Renaissance.

Less expensive would be Ocean Club West or Villa Del Mar. Villa Del Mar is not oceanfront.

All excellent properties.

Beaches would be most likely above your budget since it is an AI.
