Top Five Fun Attractions?

What are the top five neatest things to see/do on St. Thomas? We are coming from St. John to spend the day on St. Thomas. We won't want to hit the beach or snorkel because we'll already be doing that on St. John. Also, where is a really fun, great place to eat for lunch? Thanks.

Take the 1st ferry that is going from STJ to Downtown - walk around Main ST as the town wakes up and the stores open - note some of the architectural features and history of the buildings and little alleys- stop by the Historical Trust for a walking tour or map - do a little shopping - all before the cruise ships send all their people there.

Take a cab up to Paradise Point for the view.

Walk around the Havensite and Yacht Haven areas.

Hop on an island tour. Stop at Udder Delight near Magens Bay.

Wander about Red Hook and American Yacht Harbor to see the boats, maybe hit Marina Mkt. for some villa entree treats, and have a late lunch at one of the many venues available and maybe stay through Happy Hour at somewhere with a great view [Island Tyme Pub?] before you walk to the ferry dock for a sunset ride back to STJ.

Good list. I'd add Seven Arches Museum:

Ditto the other suggestions. The historic places in town are really quite interesting and you get a different view of these islands by checking out the tour route and having a look (grab a map and walk).

Also, stop by the art galleries and talk with the artists. If there are no ships around and people aren't busy, you can unearth some wonderful stories.

We like Tavern on the Waterfront for lunch or Gladys Cafe. Sometimes the Tavern will have a harp player at lunchtime...
