Foodies/Restuarants/Great Food- Saint Thomas

Hi Everyone,

My husband and I are going away for 3 nights/4 days to St Thomas a short get a weekend to celebrate our anniversary. We are big foodies and live in Philadelphia both are hoping to eat some great food on this short mini vacation. Can anyone recommend must see places to grab some great food while we are visiting. We are first time visitors and are up for any types of food.

Thank you for any suggestions.

I would add Oceanas in Frenchtown, Virgilios downtown and the Old Stone Farmhouse on the Northside.

legalfee, just curious but when you were last at OSF? I tend not to recommend it as the chefs change with some regularity and the offerings are sometimes excellent and sometimes not so much - while the prices are extremely high end. The other recommendations can be pretty much relied on for consistency (I'm unfamiliar with only two which localsailor mentioned). The OPs are only here for a short hop and may not get over to the North side but I'd also recommend Thirteen and North Side Bistro over on that side.
