Need villa rental help

Considering a villa rental on St John for June 07. Wife and I stayed at Westin several years ago. Really enjoyed STJ. Want to take kids this time, age 10 & 14. So many choices for rentals. Very confusing looking at small pics of the units. Hoping for some suggestions. Need at least 2 bedrooms with AC. Main desire is for great views from property day and night. Probaly would need a pool for relaxing on prop. Close to swim beach would be nice. Any help is appreciated.

Hi, stayed in villa last may for 3 wks. newer on on gift hill about 10-15 min. from cruz bay.went in low season & found price good in comparison... it is 2 bdrms. & a pullout on upper floor which has a killer view & small deck with table & hammock! It's a newer villa & the pool & view were gorgeous!! check stjohncielovista.com or carefreegetaway's.com Great company to work with it was our 3rd trip to island !!!! Good Luck!!!!!

Here is a pretty good list of villa agents on STJ. www.virgin-islands-on-line.com/sj/sjv.shtml Contact 2 or 3 agents and give them your dates, budget and 'must haves' and they will give you some idea of what they have for you to chose from. Come back with questions. Selecting the villa is a the hardest thing about planning your trip to STJ. Remember that you have to plan to rent a Jeep while you're there. The best beaches are National Park beaches so you're going to want to explore the island and see all the beaches. You're kids are going to love it too. Get some snorkel equipment for everyone and have fun.
