Island Dreams, St John Living and Periwinkle

We are looking at these three villas for a weeks stay. Just the two of us. Priorities are view and a pool - small dipping pool is fine. Would anyone have any comments regarding any or all of the three?

Appreciate it.

Hi - we stayed in St John Livin about 2 yrs ago & loved it! It is a smaller villa, but has pretty much everything you need. A/C in the bedroom, but since the bedroom has only soji(sp)screens closing off the room, at night, we kept the screens open & it cooled off the whole villa. The view is fabulous, with a nice breeze. you kind of look down onto Island dreams so it's not completely private, but it is quiet. The hot tub at nite was great! Hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions!

when we were in st john livin' the hot tub's heating unit was not working properly. The owner would not call us back about it's status after the first day.

the cottage is well equipped but understand that it is just one big room with sliding dividers separating the bedroom. Also, when I spoke to the owner a couple of days before arriving to check on the status on the villa and was informed about the hot tub, he refused to let me out of the lease as well as make any discounts. For the same price you can get a separate bedroom and pool.
