Perfect villa - asking too much?

Three couples on next trip - one couple wants a sunset view, one wants FULL A/C and one wants a hot tub. All want a pool. We will be going in off season and the budget is around $5000 for the week. We stayed in Argonauta on the last trip and want to rent a different villa this time.

Thanks for any suggestions.

Hi,

We (3 couples) rented this one in Jan/Feb. Great place (no hot tub but nice pool and everything else). Looking to return next year.

Allessandra would fit your perfect villa requirements:

I think you pay a little extra $$ to have the A/C in the great room.

Take the full AC out of the picture and there are plenty of perfect villas.

Here is my thought on full AC. You get up and head out to enjoy the island all day. You come back and go to your AC'ed bedroom to clean up for dinner. You get into your jeep and head to a restaurant and then back to the villa to sit on the deck and stare at the stars until you go to bed in your bedroom with AC. See what I mean? Unless you want to spend the majority of your time watching TV on the couch. In that case, I would recommend staying home...LOL.

I would take Sunset, Pool and Hot Tub. You will have no problem in that budget.

Trust me, I wish I could take AC out of the "must haves". Unfortunately there is one in the group who insists on it. And he likes to spend one or two days at the villa while we hit the beaches.

I think this will meet everything, except a full on sunset view

How about this one destinationstjohn.com/home.php/35/Marbella . I think the only thing it lacks is the hot tub. It looks great. How do you feel about the Virgin Grande area?
