Restaurants that will cook your catch

Hi all - we are going fishing on our upcoming trip to St John and are looking for restaurants that would cook what we catch for us. Any suggestions?

What STT said :) As long as you are with a fisherman who is knowledgeable of the local waters/fish, you should be good to go.

We went on the Double Header last year. Great trip and Tyler is a really good guy. You'll have a really good time. Tyler even extended our trip because husband caught a 6 foot shark that took awhile to get to the surface. Of course, it was released.

A couple of years ago we had guests (staying at Great Expectations) who took the fish they caught to Driftwood Dave's where he cooked the fish and served them a great meal! I don't know if he still does this sort of thing but it might be worth calling Driftwood Dave's directly. Good luck with your fishing trip.
