villa and location suggestions with our chidlren

In our previous visits to St John, we choose to rent in Coral Bay area but for our next visit, we are thinking of bringing our children, all in their 20's. The home we rent in Coral Bay is not large enough, and I do not think the kids will enjoy the "tranquility" of the Coral Bay area. Any suggestions on Villas, closer to Cruz Bay that we should consider would be welcome.

We are coming in March with our kids (20's) and having been before we know Cruz Bay will be best for them. We are staying at Grande Bay via VRBO. We have done that before and were very happy with the location, size of condo and price.

We need to sleep 7 - 10 people, depending if friends tag along and will not come during high season, but looking at the November time frame.

Ambiance via St. John's rental has a loft that sleeps three, a master King, a guest queen, and two awesome queens in a connected - via a pool bridge - stacked bedroom unit. Ambiance also has an infinity pool and a hot tub. It was our home until Hercules, and we loved it. Our Christmas meal on the incredible deck made it for us.there is no way to assess a price tag for a sublime sunset. At Ambiance, you are guaranteed one per night.

We second Grande Bay - Westin is not bad either - they have a 3-Bedroom Villa - Sleeps 10 with patio, grill, hot-tub & dipping pool. When our children, ages 18-24, come down with us, we like staying at Grande Bay - so convenient & walkable to Cruz Bay - Its quite, clean, work out facility, etc. There is something for everyone! ENJOY! :)

Meritage Villa is a couple of miles from Cruz Bay on the hill in Chocolate Hole area. It has great views of Hart Bay, and there is a trail down to the beach. The beach is not white sand but small pebbles. Enjoy panoramic views from the multiple decks.

The Villa has 4 king bedrooms suites on 3 separate levels. Each BR has AC but the main room (dining/living) does not. You have to access the suites via connecting decks outside as there are no internal staircases.

There is also a separate honeymoon cottage next door if you need space for 2 more people (rented separately)

Villa house its own pool and hot tub. Nice private location at end of road. Sinbad, caretaker, will meet you at the ferry dock and take you there or wait at the Jeep rental in town while you pick up your vehicle. He will bring you some of his famous rum punch! He will also pre-stock the villa with whatever you request.
