I'm planning a trip for me and my husband in early July, and I'm not quite sure which island would be the best for us. We're looking for a place that's not a hassle to get to, has beautiful beach and things to do like snorkeling, hiking, restaurants etc. We'd prefer to stay away from the large resorts and places with lots of kids. In a nutshell, something slightly quieter, but still beautiful and able to have some adventures and good dining options. Budget is not too much of an issue. This is our first time in the Bahamas, so any suggestions would be much appreciated.
